Fruit Salsa

This has become a family favorite.  It's a nice complement to spicy Mexican dishes.  Serve with cinnamon sugar pita chips, and you'll think you've died and gone to heaven.

Recipe for Fruit Salsa

Chop up 1 cup strawberries, three kiwis and one navel orange.

Add an 8-oz can of crushed pineapple.

Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Drizzle one teaspoon of lemon juice on top.

Mix together gently.  Enjoy!
