Friday

We woke up to a Frosty Wonderland this morning. After I dropped Emily at school, I went for a walk and took some pictures.  I know that in the midst of my crazy week there were still blessings to be found.  But on my short walk this morning there was an abundance -- the easy camaraderie of other walkers and runners, the friendliness of a dog I met on the trail, the warmth of my car afterwards, and the beauty all around me. I'll just share what I found through five of my photos.

Those pictures are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

Our trees & bushes looked the same this morning. With temperatures in the 33-34 degree range today, I'm sure that by the time I get off work, the 3/4" of snow will be gone. But it sure was nice to look at on my way to work this morning. ;-)

Have a blessed weekend.

Nice to hear that someone can still see the beauty in all of that white stuff.

Have a great week ahead.

We have the same fuzzy snow here. This is the storm that has made everything very pretty.
I love how the trees hold the snow.

Hope you are feeling better!
Have a wonderful weekend.

Wow! What amazing photos. I, too, love the camraderie on the greenway path near my home of the runners and walkers. Seems to be more so when the weather is colder.

Karen,
Your walk yesterday must have been so magical. I have been loving all the beautiful pictures of snow and ice on so many blogs. I grew up in Michigan and have lived in Wisconsin. Sometime the beauty in Winter is so amazing.
Have a beautiful day,
Meredith

The hoar frost is absolutely beautiful. When it happens here, I can hardly wait to get out and take pictures. We haven't had any yet this year which is unusual.

Hi Karen, Thank you so much for stopping by. It always does good things for me to hear that others are bothered by the same things. As you said the disorganization seems to go in circles. I thins are crazy my head doesn't work right and if my head doesn't work I can't straighten things out, lol. Love your pictures, one of my favorite things is wandering around snapping away, sometimes they work. Best to you, Barbara
