Hi Karen, thanks for stopping by my lemon post and leaving a comment. That cake is easy to make and was just right for a little nibble of something. I love the new photo of the white picket fence and yellow flowers. So pretty - is this from your yard? Besides hosting my little lemon get-together I worked in teh basement for most of Saturday - going through all of my baking and cooking pieces - moving them to a friendlier location. Since Frank's office has moved out of the house, I've converted one of his office spaces to a room for dishes, etc. Hope all is well.
Hello--My weekend was spent:Garage salingBloggingGrocery shopping Trying to stay coolWorking on projectsPlanning the rest of my vacation until I have to go back to work on the 13th!Melinda
Senior pictures . . . such an exciting and yet, emotional event. I now have four senior pictures lining my hallway - I still can't believe my babies are all grown up!French toast is the best!!!
Karen I love that picture on your header-just gorgeous!!
Senior pictures! Eeeeeek! Time sure flies. And baseball season ... good stuff!!A happy weekend ... here's to a happy week.
You know this year I have had 3 pairs of sunglasses and managed to keep up with all of them! I know crazy to believe! SOunds like a great weekend. Madison starts school Thursday...schedules and more schedules will begin next week. french Toast...my favorite.
Fun and exhausting!I always lose glasses- I don't even buy them anymore.
Sunglasses are the bane of my life! Because I wear regular specs, I now use the 'clip on' type of sunnies and now have 3 pair situated in all the places I most use them, car, handbag - despite that I went away last weekend on an overnighter and forgot to take one o f them! Maybe 3 prs aren't enough any more - or maybe it's just a bit of a 'senior moment' creeping in! Have a blessed day Karen.
Thanks for coming over this week-end - it is fun to see what we all do, isn't it?Yes, if you like to read, you must join in the Anne fan club - they are so old, but timeless books. There are 8 in the series - the first is the best, but they're all delightful. There are movies that are the best ever made from a book - they were on PBS originally. I need to watch them again now.Come back again!
