Josh's Pond

It was frosty and cold this morning when Abby and I started out on our morning walk. This afternoon, it's in the 70s and we expect more of the same this week. I love the early mornings when the chill in the air makes the colors appear more vivid. I'm sure there's some kind of science to all that. But,

i took a walk today, too, but later in the morning. i thought about taking my camera because i just love the colors throughout the neighborhood. i didn't. just enjoyed looking at them as i walked.

Wow! Beautiful pictures Karen. Fall is just so, so beautiful, isn't it? We are heading up to Bellingham tomorrow to visit our college boy. He had a rough week and needs some family love--we haven't seen him since August. I hope Joe is doing well--will you see him at Thanksgiving?
